Return Process

  Log into your Kasumi account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
